Mr. McGinnis is a results-oriented leader with over 30 years diversified management experience. He served from 1997 to 2002 as an Investment Counselor with the Pennsylvania State Treasury Department where he provided money management and investment services to local government agencies and municipalities. In 2002 he became the CEO of Active Image Recognition Corporation and led development of relationships with integrators, manufacturers, government agencies, and clients, to position the technology for penetration into the market. The technology was later licensed to another operating company, and a buyout offer extended by a NYSE listed company. Mr. McGinnis graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Marketing & Personnel Management and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia-Pacific University.

After working for a number of years in the natural resource sector in corporate development and strategic communications, Mr. Toth was appointed as Chairman and interim CEO of Aeon Holdings, Inc. in 2009.  Mr. Toth also serves as Chairman of Green Star Energies, Inc. which he was appointed to in 2008. During 2009, Mr. Toth accomplished with the help of his associates the financing of approximately $750,000 into various oil and gas projects.  In addition to his duties as an executive Mr. Toth has been very active in pursuing his personal investment objectives in the stock market which has built his network of investors and institutional financing contacts. As Director, Mr. Toth brings to Aeon his understanding of all aspects of natural resource corporate development from project evaluation to key communications. His experience on the financial markets side will also contribute significantly to his role with Aeon as the company moves forward with its objectives.
